the room had sufficient space for luggage storage. the bathroom was clean and spacious enough. check-in was efficient as the staff member was polite. i liked that a shopping center was nearby for convenience.

parking stress lack of kettle

I found the lack of kettles in the room inconvenient. I needed to go to reception for tea and coffee. the parking situation caused me considerable stress. I paid a significant amount to park. Then I found out I could have paid less directly through the hotel.

The hotel was new and modern. I found the cleanliness really good throughout my stay. The beds provided great comfort and I slept very soundly.. The staff was both helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the onsite parking. The bar and food was open 24 hours, convenient.

The taxi firm used by the hotel seemed unreliable.

just okay, i guess

broken tv heating noise

The tv didn't work, annoying after a long day. also, the noise from the heating system kept me awake. It sounded like a spaceship was landing right outside my room. i asked about it, but the staff didn't seem too bothered. perhaps earplugs should be included in the room, or is that too much to ask..

The room was tidy. It was spacious enough for my cabin-sized bag, and it had a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean. THE shower was sufficiently spacious.

The parking at the hotel is not ideal. The car park is owned by an external firm. I had a correct parking ticket. I still received a £60.00 fine.

The television was a good size and allowed streaming. The bed offered comfort. Transactions and communication happened easily. I found the breakfast selection to be epic.

The absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was inconvenient. I had to go downstairs. The tea area felt a bit unwelcoming because it was roped off. I needed to ask for permission to use it.
