I found the lack of kettles in the room inconvenient. I needed to go to reception for tea and coffee. the parking situation caused me considerable stress. I paid a significant amount to park. Then I found out I could have paid less directly through the hotel.

The hotel looked new and modern. I found the cleanliness really good throughout my stay. The beds provided great comfort and I slept very soundly.. The staff was both helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the onsite parking. The bar and food was open 24 hours, convenient.

broken tvheating noise

The tv didn't work, annoying after a long day. also, the noise from the heating system kept me awake. It sounded like a spaceship was landing right outside my room. i asked about it, but the staff didn't seem too bothered. perhaps earplugs should be included in the room, or is that too much to ask..

The parking at the hotel is not ideal. The car park is owned by an external firm. I had a correct parking ticket. I still received a £60.00 fine.
